In addition to offering the Hosted Kaseya network management software, Manage My Network is also able to offer support for both your Kaseya installation and maintenance and for the management of your IT infrastructure via it’s highly qualified engineers, located within Australia. Kaseya SupportWhen you sign up for our Hosted Kaseya service you will be able to receive support to get you up and running as quickly as possible. While we believe that Kaseya is so intuitive and easy to use that assistance is unlikely to be required, we can help you through the installation process, including personalisation of Kaseya for your business where needed. Beyond that, we offer support assistance for the management of your Kaseya platform, as required, up to a free allowance of 1 minute per paid end point per month. * Please note that while we can assist with the installation of Kaseya via our hosted solution on set-up, additional support may be charged during the free trial period. Network Support ServicesManage My Network also provides cost effective network support services. Contact is either via phone or email and all enquiries are handed in Australia. Lines are manned 8am – 6pm, but there is also an afterhours emergency line if something unexpected occurs. All engineers are highly trained and we are Microsoft Gold Certified. We utilise a sophisticated trouble ticketing system that enables efficient management of your problem for optimal and timely resolution. Support is provided via the purchasing of a support vouchers, which are redeemed for support as required. |
