FAQ's

How will you determine what to charge me ?
At month end we will generate an invoice based on the number of agents installed on your network. If you have any PC’s that have been disposed of – ensure you uninstall the agents from them prior to month end. If there is an agent installed it will be billed. But remember, your first month is free.

What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept most payment methods including, Cheque, credit card, and Direct Deposit. Our terms are 14 days after invoice, unless otherwise agreed to. If payment is not met agents will be disabled. Amex does incur a 3% additional charge.

How can I deploy the agents ?
There are a number of ways to deploy the agents. These include...
· Emailing the agent
· Lan watch – an automatic deployment based on scanned IP addresses.
· Installing the agent into the login script
· Downloading the agent from a webpage.

What if I do not want to proceed after the 30 days ?

Simply let us know and uninstall the agents
