  • Full backup of the DB and User files on the K-server
  • Review and resolution of any Kaseya Server log errors

Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor important Kaseya performance data and alert about any critical conditions

Manage My Network Support

  • Customer access to dedicated support team (subject to the per endpoint limits on free support)

Kaseya Software updates

  • Any updates to the Kaseya software are automatically installed and made available for roll out, in conjunction with customers

Branding

  • Assist with the customer branding of the Kaseya interface, subject to the limitations of the Kaseya software

Administration

  • Assist with the configuration and management of Administrator accounts and roles
